Event Description:
December 2016,

Dear FACC Southeast Atlanta Chapter Member,

2016 has been a dynamic and productive year for the FACC Southeast, and 2017 promises to bring new exciting developments.

Member feedback suggests that 2016 was the year the Chamber improved the content of its events. From passionate panel speakers on Immigration in March to entrepreneur François Asselin's nautical, historical passion in September to sold out business trips and site visits to South Carolina, Gravotech, SDG and Skipper Logistics.

The 30th Beaujolais Nouveau in Atlanta sold out - a first in recent memory - with more than 300 guests who enjoyed z prestigious evening of celebration and networking at the Intercontinental Hotel.

Looking ahead to 2017, we will continue for the fourth year in a row, our highly regarded Women Series with 5 international partners anf bi-lateral chambers. The content of our activities will remain focused on the important industries to Atlanta & the Southeast, namely, Aerospace, Bioscience, Internet Security/FinTech, Logistics, Agriculture, Energy, and Manufacturing/Automotive.

Here's a partial list of upcoming events for early 2017:
Jan 30th - 13th Women Series: Boost your professional game through your network.
Feb: Expats: How to Win at Integration with NetExpat
March -  Energize Teams to Perform: TeamBuilding conference with Treetop Quest
March - Aerospace Frontlines: Airbus plant site visit in Mobile, AL
April - FACC Elections & General Assembly
April 13 - Sake and Wine Mixer with the Japan society of Georgia.

The FACC's J-1 Visa programs for interns and trainees from France continues to deliver enormous value to those Chamber memmbers who participate. Together with our member host companies throughout the Southeastern US, the FACC is ensuring positive international business and cultural experiences for the workplace among managers, interns and trainees.

Behind the events and programs the Chamber works continuously on its most important value driver: helping members reach out and connect to opportunity through its business and government networks. This is more valuable than ever given our growth in membership. Please renew your membership and invite vendors and partners to join as well!

We very much appreciate your support of the FACC Southeast Atlanta Chapter, and we look forward to your participation in 2017. The FACC Staff is always available to discuss how you may maximize your membership benefits. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or our Executive Director, Marie Laumont.

Sincerly,

David M. Aferiat,
President.
