"SGD bolstered its international presence with comprehensive coverage of the North America region since 1980.
With a sales office in New York, SGD was also the first European glass maker to establish industrial facilities (two plants) on the other side of the Atlantic.
The Covington plant is dedicated to glass flasks and jars production for the perfumery-cosmetics markets. The plant is also used for training SGD and client personnel for both BU?s (perfumery-cosmetics and pharmacy).
100 million flasks and jars manufactured per year in Covington.
