Based in Norcross, GA and established in 2009 we are the exclusive importer/distributor of the Enomatic Wine Serving Systems ( www.enomatic.us) and the Cocktails Machine ( www.cocktailsmachine.us) . Responsible for sales, customer support, installations and maintenance, we distribute our equipments to restaurants, hotels and resorts, wine bars, wine stores and more. we are looking for our new Administrative and Sales Assistance
-Inventory and stock level management:
-Day-to-day management of the parts inventory
-Parts reorder alerts and purchase
-Preparation of outbound shipments ( freight and express UPS)
-Handling and dispatching of all incoming calls (billing, sales, technical..)
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
-Maintain and update customer files
-Update and maintain online CRM portal
-Responsible for quarterly customer satisfaction phone survey
-Systematic post-installation follow-up in connection
=> possibility to assist sales teamwith cold calling and leads follow up
-In charge of outbound invoicing to customers in connection with management
-Proven communications and organization skills.
-Experience with Quickbooks required.
