    Job Description
    Basic Function: 
    We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join Epi Breads and continue our “Team Members for Life” philosophy. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our business and the needs of our Team Members. This intern will have the opportunity to meet managers, executives, and C-suite members of our team. This is an internship position to last 18 months. The intern will be responsible for monitoring and managing our multiple social media platforms and creating content. She/ He will assist the Director of Cultural by creating and editing training support materials such as videos, boards or online training content in order to help further the education of our Team Members. This intern will also help in diverse cultural projects across our 3 bakeries.  
    Primary Duties:
    -Daily Monitoring of the different social media platforms: Publish content, respond to reviews and private messages.
    -Update the weekly social media overview report.
    -Assist and attend weekly HR meeting and support some of the outcomes.
    -Create written, audio or video content for web, social media or training purposes.
    -Lead different projects to improve retention and Team Members engagement in the bakeries
    -Support the creation and launching of an Epi Intranet to include educating Team Members on its availability and content.
    -Help Epi create our on-line internet Sales presence (e-commerce).
    Knowledge, skills and abilities:
    -High school degree or equivalent
    -Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). -Photoshop, Prezi, Video, and audio editing capabilities.
    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    -Self-directed and able to work without supervision
    -Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
    -Computer knowledge as HTML, basic coding
    -Knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other social media and some familiarity with managing properties on those sites
    Education and Experience:

    -Positive and energetic team oriented attitude.
    -Willingness to learn about our business and understand the needs of our Team Members.
    -Bi-lingual (Spanish) is desired.
    -Some travel may be required
